***Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Business with technical background.
• English level: Conversational in business working environment.

***Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience managing B2B sales.
• Experience in designing and implementation of sales strategy and budget control.
• Sales management experience for industrial machinery will be a plus.
• Technical background in the grain- or flour equipment or technical food processing field or related field is a strong plus
***Essential Functions:
- Together with the BUs and HoS, define where it makes sense to have direct sales by business area or by geography;
- Build creative sales strategy that are focused on consumer satisfaction and revenue generation for new business unites and sales channels.
- Conduct research and performing analyses on the performance of the sales department ensuring prompt delivery and accuracy of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to senior management;
- Management of multinational key customers;
- Represent the business beyond the sales department: tradeshows, sales workshops, sales seminars, and events;
- Build and further develop customer network in Vietnam;
- Manage sales pipeline, budget and forecast monthly sales;
- Identify and develop new market opportunities for the business: knowledge of consumer, competitor, and market trends, etc.;
- Analyse market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness;
- Train and coach sales team members, set target and evaluate their performance
